🍗 Creamy Boursin Chicken & Orzo. Also, this Caraway pan is AMAZING. 🤎 I use it all the time, especially for one-pan dinners like this. Use code COZYKITCHEN for 10% off! For the chicken * 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * ½ tsp Italian seasoning * Salt + pepper For the orzo * 10oz orzo @barilla * 3 cups chicken broth * ½ cup heavy whipping cream * 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs @Boursin Cheese * 3–4 cloves garlic, minced * ½ small yellow onion, diced * 2 big handfuls spinach * ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan * 1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter * ½ tsp Italian seasoning * ½ tsp red pepper flakes, optional * Salt + pepper * Lemon juice, optional, at the end How I’d make it 1. Season your chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. 2. Heat Caraway pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken in a little olive oil until golden on the outside and cooked through. Remove it and set aside. 3. In that same pot, add your onion and cook for 2–3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook another 30 seconds. 4. Add the dry orzo and stir it around for about 1 minute. This gives it a little toasted flavor. 5. Pour in 3 cups chicken broth + ½ cup heavy cream. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. 6. Bring it to a gentle simmer. Don’t let it aggressively boil. Cook uncovered for about 9–11 minutes, stirring frequently so the orzo doesn’t stick. 7. When the orzo is almost tender but still has some liquid around it, turn the heat low. Add the Boursin and stir until completely melted and creamy. 8. Add the spinach and Parmesan. Stir until the spinach wilts. 9. Add the chicken back in and let everything simmer together for another 1–2 minutes. 10. Important: Take it off the heat while it still looks slightly looser than you want. Orzo continues absorbing liquid as it sits. If it gets too thick, add a splash of chicken broth or heavy cream. @Caraway Home #onepandinner #orzo #chickendinner#orzorecipees #DinnerIdeas
