e-collars are NOT meant for a dog's waist

#MCQUEEN :: yes I do support e-collars, no I'm not bashing people who use them :: creds to @Moses and Me :: an e-collar cannot be used on a dogs waist, an e-collar is made for the neck when put on the waist the contact points don't press on the skin properly which prevents it from functioning correctly and creates safety risks. a dogs waist is wider and moves a lot differently to a dogs neck which makes it hard to fit it snugly without slipping or applying uneven pressure.
