POV: this is the 47th time you've had this conversation, and now it's a FINAL warning

This is going to be her final warning because she is missing so many calls. Like, I don't know what she's doing. She works from home, but I'm just going to bring her back in house to work because it's ridiculous the amount of... I have a quick coaching session with you because I noticed a little pattern that we need to talk about. So I noticed that you're missing calls. So, Thursday, you failed to come to the line for five of your calls, and four of those were at the end of your shift. I mean, the phone is ringing, you're just not answering it. Instead of answering your call, you're allowing it to auto route, shunning the call as did not answer. We can't do that. Or one of the biggest problems is that you're not even trying to call the caller back. So now we have a missed call, no call back, and a customer who is just out there wondering why nobody is answering the phone at our company. What's going on? Why are you not answering these calls? What's going on at home? So beginning Monday, you're going to be required to report physically to the office to work your shifts, so your remote privileges are suspended, and we'll review this again in 30 days, at which time you may be able to go back home on your stats.
