Original caption
This Reel really does show the exact reason I created The Untold Circle. Because this is the stuff women in midlife are actually dealing with. Work, money, relationships, confidence, decisions, overthinking, something you want to change, something you want to do, something you’re excited about, something you cannot stop thinking about. And sometimes you just need somewhere to bring all of that and actually talk it through. That’s what The Untold Circle is. There’s live group coaching with me, guest sessions, practical support and a private community where you can bring stuff as it happens, with a brilliant group of ambitious, capable women who genuinely get it. I know 1:1 coaching is a big investment. I also know how powerful coaching can be, both from having it myself and from seeing what it does for my clients every single week. So I wanted this to be genuinely affordable. Founding membership is £19.99 a month. That’s less than one Pilates class. Or roughly the price of one coffee a week. For live coaching, guest sessions, practical support, a private community and somewhere to bring all the stuff that is actually going round in your head. Our first live coaching session is on Wednesday 7th October 🤎 DM me for details or click the link in my bio. And don’t forget to follow if this resonated. This is what I do. #WomenInTheir40s #MidlifeWomen #WorkingMums #Overthinking #MentalLoad
