Onboarding 2 Medical VAs with ZERO experience today. 💻 Both of them are new to the VA world, so aside from teaching them the actual work, one of the most important things I want them to understand is what freelancing and remote work really looks like. I always tell new VAs, getting hired is only the beginning. Remote work is not always easy. There will be clients who will say no, applications that won’t get a response, interviews you won’t pass, and days when you’ll question if you’re good enough. There may also be times when you have to learn something completely new, work with different personalities, adjust to different time zones, and figure things out on your own. And that’s normal. I want them to understand that having no experience today doesn’t mean they can’t build a successful career tomorrow. What matters is their willingness to learn, their attitude, their consistency, and how they handle challenges along the way. As their trainer, I don’t just want to teach them how to become Medical VAs. I want to prepare them for the reality of being a freelancer and working remotely. Because the goal isn’t just to get hired. The goal is to become someone who can thrive once you’re finally given the opportunity. 🤍 Welcome to the VA world, girls! 🫶🏻 Let’s learn, grow, and build your careers from here. 💻✨ #MedicalVA #MedicalVirtualAssistant #VAJourney #JobHiring #interviewquestions
