No VA experience, but a medical background. And now, officially hired! 🩺 One of our newly hired VAs came from a medical background with zero VA experience, but we saw the potential to learn, adapt, and grow. You just need to learn how to apply them in a remote work setting. As someone who recruits Medical VAs, it’s fulfilling to see healthcare professionals discover new opportunities in this industry. You don’t have to know everything before someone gives you a chance. You just need the willingness to learn and the courage to start. 🤍 #MedicalVA #HealthcareVA #NoVAExperience #VAHiring #CareerShift
