Project Pan started as a way to use up my makeup. Somewhere along the way, it completely changed the way I consume beauty. When you’re constantly surrounded by launches, trends, recommendations, and “must-haves,” it’s really easy to lose perspective on how much you already own. Actually committing to finishing my products made me realize how little I needed most of what I was buying.
