Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack across Ukraine overnight on Putin's 74th birthday, hitting Kyiv, Pryluky, Kremenchuk, and other cities reportedly using a North Korean-made Hwasong-11 (KN-23) ballistic missile being fired at Dnipro city. A five-story apartment block in Pryluky partially collapsed with people inside. At least seven killed so far across multiple cities, with rescuers still digging through rubble. Zelensky had warned the night before that intelligence pointed to a large incoming strike.
