CINNAMON BANANA THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY $500 BILLION RECIPE

Transcript

Put cinnamon on a banana and just watch what happens. The pharmaceutical industry pulls in over $500 billion a year and not a single cent goes into telling you that your kitchen already has everything your body needs. Pharmacies are not fans of this because half their customers would be gone overnight. Grab one fresh banana, add a teaspoon of cinnamon, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, add a glass of warm water, blend until smooth. This drink hits your insides like a reset button. Nobody ever thought to tell you about it. It settles inflammation, detoxes your liver, and keeps your blood sugar where it needs to be. Comment recipe, I'll send you my ebook packed with real food recipes that work wonders. Follow me first so I can get it to you.
