Why it worked

The video leverages cultural relatability and high-quality, satisfying food preparation visuals to engage the audience.

Summary

A creator demonstrates a step-by-step recipe for making carne con papa, a traditional Mexican beef and potato dish. The video shows the process of browning the meat, sautéing vegetables, and simmering the ingredients together.

Structure

1Browning the beef in a pan
2Chopping onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños
3Sautéing the vegetables with the meat
4Simmering the mixture with water and potatoes
5Serving the finished dish with rice and beans

Product placement

Ninja (a brand of cookware) appears as a logo on the pan. Removing it would not change the video, as it is just the equipment used. none.

i hope im mexican in every lifetime they didnt like my beans in the last video so i made some more 🩷🥳 — carne con papa here’s what i used 1lb chuck roast, 1 inch chunks 3 roma tomatoes, sliced 3-4 jalapeno, sliced 1/2 medium onion, sliced salt, pepper, garlic powder 1 large potato, 1 inch chunks 1. in a large pan cook beef until browned on all sides. season to your liking 2. add in onion, jalapeno and tomato and saute until onion becomes translucent 3. add in about 1 cup water and cover for 30-35 mins (add in some chicken boullion for flavor) 4. add in potato and cover another 10-12 mins or until potatoes are tender (you can add in more water if you’d like your carne con papa to be a little looser) #mexicanfood #comidamexicana #mexican #DinnerIdeas #easydinner
