Day 5 🍔 Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole Ingredients: 1½ lbs ground beef ½ small onion, diced (optional) 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 can (10½ oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup ½ cup milk 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp yellow mustard 2 cups shredded cheddar, divided 1 bag (28–32 oz) frozen tater tots Instructions: Brown beef with onion and drain. Stir in seasonings, soup, milk, ketchup, mustard and 1 cup cheddar. Spread into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Arrange frozen tots on top. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 35–40 minutes, until tots are golden and crispy. Add remaining cheddar and bake 5 more minutes. Day 5 of making dinner until my ALL kids actually eat it. Tonight, let's see if they'll eat a cheeseburger tater tot casserole. This dinner cost $10.90 for five people. It's not bad. Plus $2 because I already had the cheese. Okay, so what you want to do is start with a half a cup of milk along with this cheddar cheese soup. Not going to lie, I got this recipe from AI and it definitely had me questioning it all the way through this. Now go ahead and brown up some 80/20 along with some onions. We're going to be seasoning this with some salt, pepper and garlic. And let's add one cup of cheddar cheese because you need more cheese along with your cheese. Add two tablespoons of ketchup, one tablespoon of mustard, mix this all together and go ahead and lay out those tots. Now we're going to be baking this at 375 for about 35 to 40 minutes. And if I remember the last five minutes, I'm going to sprinkle on some cheese too. Okay. That's that's a lot of cheese. Tonight's dinner gets one out of three clean plates. This one's on me guys. The ones I bought are gross. They they only like the round ones now. There's no difference. They're they're tater tots.
