Creamy Fettuccine Recipe!! Ingredients: Pasta: • 1/2 package of fettuccine Sausage: • 300g ground sausage • Butter • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp oregano • ¼ tsp cumin • 1 tsp salt Creamy Sauce: • 1/2 onion, diced • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 5 tbsp tomato paste • 1½ cups heavy cream • 1/2 cup pasta water • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tsp Ajinomoto or chicken bouillon • 1/4 cup mozzarella • Fresh parsley Steps: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Save 1/2cup pasta water. 2. Fry sausage with butter and seasonings until golden. Set aside. 3. In the same pan, sauté onion until soft (medium low heat) then add garlic and cook until fragrant. 4. Add tomato paste and sauté for 2–3 min. Add heavy cream + seasonings and mix well. 5. Add pasta water and mozzarella. Stir over low heat until creamy. 6. Add sausage, then fettuccine. Toss until fully coated. 7. Top with fresh parsley and serve.
