Why it worked

The video taps into user curiosity about data privacy and AI personalization, providing a clear, actionable 'how-to' for a hidden feature that many users were unaware of.

Summary

The creator provides a screen-recorded tutorial showing viewers how to navigate the Amazon mobile app to access the 'About You' section, which displays AI-generated insights about the user's shopping habits and profile. The video highlights the accuracy of the data collected by the platform.

Structure

1Introduction to the tutorial
2Navigating the Amazon account menu
3Scrolling to locate the About You section
4Viewing the AI-generated user profile data

Product placement

Amazon: (a) ACTS — the video demonstrates the interface of the Amazon mobile app, specifically navigating to the 'About You' section to view AI-generated user data. Removing this would change the entire video as it is a tutorial on using this specific feature. Amazon is the subject.

You asked, so here you go! 😂🔎 After my last video, several people asked where to find Amazon’s AI-generated “About You” section, so here’s how to find yours! Amazon has collected quite a bit of information about me over the years, especially since I’ve been a Prime member since the beginning. Some of its conclusions are surprisingly accurate! 👀🤣 Now it’s your turn to see what Amazon thinks it knows about you. Good luck sleuthing! 🕵️‍♀️📦😂 #AmazonAI #AmazonAboutYou #GoodLuckSleuthing #TikTokFinds
