Are you a happy dumper? 😅 Pollo Pesto Pasta (Chicken Pesto Pasta) 2/3 chicken breasts 320g penne pasta 2 tsp cornflour 400ml chicken stock 350ml milk 100g cream cheese 50g Parmesan 2 tbsp pesto 1/2 red onion sliced Juice of half lemon Handful of mushrooms 1 tsp Italian herbs 1/2 tsp pepper Handful mozzarella cheese for inside Extra mozarella cheese for topping To a baking dish, add your chicken, cornflour, Italian herbs and pepper. Then add pesto, cream cheese and lemon and give a good mix. Add your mushrooms, mozarella, parmesan, pasta stock and milk. Top with red sliced onion and cheese. Cover and bake for 35-40 mins on 180c and then uncover and bake for further 10 mins. #dump #dinner #pestobake #marksandspencer #familymeals
