Big batch bolognese! My kinda meal prep. Cooks all day, makes the house smell AMAZING, and then you have bolognese ready to go for a while. Toss with pasta, top potatoes, make an Italian shepherd’s pie… it’s got more uses than you might think! Some of which are comin up 😏🤌🏻 Not to jinx it or anything but today’s supposed to be the last hotter day (like 80), then it’s mostly in the 60’s here. You don’t know how happy this makes me. The feeling of fall and the holidays is so nostalgic and special. It takes me back to when my family was whole and all the amazing memories we made together.
