Day 2 of my period = peanut noodles for breakfast. I can’t describe how satisfying this was. Woulda been made even better by a tall glass of Pinot noir which I am absolutely not against at this hour, on this day, but alas I still had none. Rest assured, I am now in possession of a bottle, which I bought at Costco for $10 and feel excellent about. The peanut sauce is actually a recipe from my cookbook and it’s SO good. In the book I pair it with spaghetti, carrot ribbons and edamame spaghetti for extra protein and fiber. I could never replace spaghetti for edamame spaghetti but it’s actually pretty good when you mix them. Anyways, this was delicious and day 2 of my period has gone from being my least favorite day of the month to not my least favorite day of the month thanks to this series so yay. 🎊 Please enjoy my pleasure, pain and suffering 🫶🏻 @Whole Foods Market @Costco Wholesale @HomeGoods #periodfood #peanutchilinoodles #peanutnoodles #cravings
