Let's talk about weight loss and weight gain working at Starbucks. I feel like the second that you start working there, inevitably, as you're getting adjusted to everything and you're like, oh my god, frappuccinos, refreshers, I need to try it all, and with cold foam, you do gain a little bit of weight. But the longer that I worked at Starbucks, that was actually the job over the two and a half years I worked there in a row where I was able to lose and maintain the most amount of weight because you are stressed sick. I worked through COVID, bronchitis, my uncle dying, my grandma getting cancer and having a hysterectomy, and when I tell you I would barely eat on shift, I was like this. I'd work eight hours and I'd eat on my 30-minute lunch, but you really didn't have time to eat on your 10, and you didn't have time if you were at a busy store to make your drink and drink your drink. So sometimes you were fighting for your life to even get caffeinated, not necessarily enjoying the most sugar-iest drink that caused you to gain weight. I feel like your experience definitely is going to vary depending on the amount of volume that your Starbucks store did. But when I worked at a low-volume store, I was still pretty skinny, although not as skinny as when I worked at a high-volume when I could barely have a sip of water in six hours. I remember my low-volume store that I was a shift supervisor at, one time we put a brownie and sweet cream and heavy cream in a milkshake, I was sick for like three days after. Like when I tell you it tasted incredible but it absolutely killed me going down. Yeah. Feel free to leave a comment down below and let me know what your Starbucks weight gain loss experience was like because I'm sure of course everybody is different and I'm just super curious to hear. Bye.
