Living with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) can be so unpredictable. 🥹💜 One minute you’re feeling fresh and clean after a shower, and the next you’re cleaning up drainage from a flare-up. Moments like these can be frustrating, especially when you’re doing your best to take care of your body. But one thing I’ve learned throughout my HS journey is the importance of being patient with myself and showing my body compassion, even on the difficult days. To all my HS warriors, remember that your flare-ups do not define you, and your skin is nothing to be ashamed of. Continue to give yourself grace, listen to your body, and celebrate the little victories along the way.
