Promoted product

3-in-1 convertible table

Why it worked

The video succeeds by showcasing a clever, tangible engineering solution to a common problem, presented through a clear and engaging live demonstration.

Summary

A student from Tema Technical Institute demonstrates a 3-in-1 convertible table that functions as a table, a shelf, and a ladder. The design ensures that items placed on the surfaces remain stable during the transformation process.

Structure

1Introduction of the student and the institute
2Problem statement regarding stability of items on standard tables
3Demonstration of the table transforming into a shelf
4Demonstration of the table's locking mechanism
5Demonstration of the table transforming into a ladder
6Explanation of the product's utility for street vendors

Product placement

3-in-1 convertible table (a) ACTS: the presenter demonstrates its transformation from a table to a shelf and then to a ladder/steps, showing that items placed on it remain stable during the process. Removing it would remove the entire subject of the video.

Remarkably, items placed on the table maintain their position during conversion, demonstrating an impressive blend of creativity and engineering at National TVET Week 2026. #TVETWeek2026 #themcbnews #ghana

Okay, my name is Agbeli Abraham from the Tema Technical Institute and we are here today for exhibition. Today, I am here to talk about the table that we made by ourself in Tema Technical Institute. This is a convertible table which work in three in ones. This table can be rotate three side and you arrange your things on it. The things will not fall. Supposing a cup of water, you put it on a normal table, the table having a four leg. When you move the table, what will happen to the table? What will happen to the things on the table? The things will fall. Let's take a cup of water like this. Immediately you move the table or you touch the table, the water will fall. But in Tema Technical Institute, we the student, we design a table that you can move it in three form that the nothing will happen to the things on the table, especially the cup of water and other things. So let me demonstrate how the table works for you to see. When you move it like this, it become a shelf. So this is a shelf from that you arrange your things properly, then you are good to go. So we come this way, it become a table for you to use it. Then there is a screw here, both a nut that you you lock it. You know in your house, maybe you have a children in your house. Once they know that the table is movable, they can be removing it so that it will the things that is on it will fall down. So when you lock it here, the children will not be able to open it. So let's go to the third part. When you move it gentle like this, you get your ladder. You see a lot of people those who sell around roadside and stuff, they want the things to be to be in order. Once to come to the top and then other ones to go down. So you can arrange the thing one, two, three, four, five. Then you arrange it in order where those who are outside will see the things in the difference between the things then they will come and buy it. Thank you. Once again, we are from Tema Technical Institute.
