This is the first appearance of Suliman Carrim in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court. The case is being heard in the sixth state versus Suliman Carrim. Today's date is the 16th of October 2026. The court appearance is as follows: the presiding officer is Mr. K. Lewis, public prosecutor is Mr. S. Shabalala. The court will now hear the legal representative's contentions regarding the defense's application for bail. This is the first appearance that the accused is appearing in court.
