Keep losing arm wrestling matches at school to the big guy who slams his elbow on the desk? Here's how to win at arm wrestling even if you're skinny, using technique instead of size. Arm wrestling isn't decided by the bigger arm. It's decided by the hand. Whoever controls the hand and the wrist controls the lever, and once his wrist bends back, most of his strength never reaches you. With the right setup, grip and timing, a skinny guy can beat a bigger, stronger opponent at the school desk, and do it without getting hurt. What you will learn: • Why arm wrestling is decided by the hand and the wrist, not the size of your biceps • The setup that wins before anyone says go: foot forward, hip to the table, elbow tucked, knuckles high, wrist straight • What to do on go against a stronger guy, how to wait him out, and when to hit the top roll • When to switch to the hook, and why it's only for an even match • How to finish with your shoulder and body weight, not your arm alone • The position behind most broken arms in arm wrestling, and how to stay out of it • 3 wrist exercises you can do at home with a hammer and a backpack For skinny guys, beginners and anyone heading back to school who wants to win the desk arm wrestling challenge in class without relying on size. Try it in your next match and tell us in the comments if you won. Safety first: arm wrestling can injure your arm, elbow and shoulder. Keep your shoulder behind your hand, keep your eyes on your hand, and let go if you're losing in a bad position. #skinnyguy #arms #armswrestling #strongman #schoolgame
