Okay, I'm about to head to the gym, but I'm just going to have one of these GoGo squeeZ pouches. I'm going to have one of the recharge ones. These are just perfect if you are on the go because they're nice and small. They also contain so many vitamins. This one has magnesium in, which helps with electrolyte balance, which is so good if you are training and just in general life. Let's go. Because it is so early as well in the morning, I don't really have an appetite, so something like this, nice and small, is perfect. Okay, we are at the gym. It is pouring down. Let's go get this session done. The energy pouch is going to set me up perfectly for the day.
