Brown butter cookies with a frozen cookie butter center, and a narrator who has notes on every single step Recipe: 1/2 cup butter (115g), browned. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (100g), 1/4 cup white sugar (50g), 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 3/4 cups flour (220g), 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, then 60g crushed speculoos cookies. Freeze 6 tbsp of cookie butter in six scoops for 45 minutes, wrap each one in a disc of dough, bake at 350F for 12 minutes. Drizzle with 3 tbsp warm cookie butter once they cool. Makes 6.
