And then… Welcoming my dear Flor Brion, who came straight from the airport after her trip to Genoa, to have her usual hairstyle done. A truly beautiful woman, whose elegance and distinction I have always admired. It was with great regret, both mine and dear Flor’s, that she was unable to join us at my Black & Gold Dinner, as she was away on this trip. It would have been an enormous pleasure to have her with me on such a special evening. But journeys come to an end, and our encounters continue, always with the friendship, affection and wonderful spirit that have brought us together over the years. A big kiss, my dear Flor!
