CANVA ANNOUNCES 1,271 JOB CUTS, BUT OFFERS STAFF SIX MONTHS' PAY, £7,500 GRANTS AND FREE MACBOOKS. The design platform is cutting around 22% of its global workforce as part of a major restructuring, affecting 1,271 employees. However, those leaving will receive an unusually generous support package, including at least six months' salary, 12 months of healthcare coverage where available and a year of LinkedIn Premium. Employees will also receive career coaching, be allowed to keep their company MacBooks and can apply for a £7,500 grant to start a business or support a community project.
