Korean Air Fried Chicken Wings (Gochujang) 🌶️🍗 Crispy air fryer wings in a sweet, spicy, sticky Korean glaze. Ready in about 30 minutes. Ingredients: - 700g chicken wings (about 8 wings) - 1 tbsp oil - 1 tbsp cornstarch - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp paprika For the gochujang glaze: - 2 tbsp gochujang (hot level) - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp butter - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated - 1 tsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp sesame oil - Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for topping Steps: 1. Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels — this is what makes them crispy. 2. Toss them with the oil, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. 3. Air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden, crispy, and the internal temp hits 165°F / 74°C. Single layer — don't crowd them. 4. While they cook, melt the butter in a small pan on low. Add the garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Stir in the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Simmer 1-2 minutes, stirring, until it turns glossy and slightly thick. Take it off the heat and stir in the sesame oil. 6. Toss the hot wings in the glaze until every wing is coated and shiny. 7. Finish with sesame seeds and green onions on top, and enjoy! #gochujang #wings #airfryerrecipes #spicy #chicken
