Meet Skipper. This boy was abandoned at 8 years old and he is so shut down. This is his first night in the office of second chances and we are just chilling out in the lobby for the moment. He has only just come into The City of Mobile Animal Services and has no interest in treats just yet. But we are going to chill out with him tonight and get him comfortable eventually. Follow along for his progress. Skipper is 8 years old and weighs 45lbs. Adoption application link; https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/COMASAL #dogsoftiktok #dogs #fyp #OfficeOfSecondChances #foryoupage
