Poor Sheba. This girl has only just come into The City of Mobile Animal Services and she is skin and bone. Without knowing her past, we know she’s had a rough time so far. This poor girl is 4 years old and she is about to have the time of her life in the office of second chances tonight. She weighs 35lbs and good with dogs, cats and people and we are looking for a foster for her. Check back in for her progress later tonight.
