You shouldn't get started with Facebook ads unless you have $3,000 a month to burn for your first 3 months. Let me explain. So many companies hit me up all the time and say, hey, I spent $1,000 last month on Facebook ads and got nowhere. No shit! You gotta understand the algo. If school would have taught you this one simple thing, you would never have wasted that $1,000. Here's how the algorithm works. Facebook knows who's most likely to convert on your website, but the only way they know that is if you get enough conversions in a single week so that they can start to build a profile of who is actually most likely to purchase your product. So you have to spend enough money to let the algorithm analyze who exactly is purchasing from you. And at the very least, Facebook needs 10 conversions a week per campaign before they can start to identify what is the makeup of who's most likely to convert. And if you don't spend enough to get 10 conversions a week, Facebook's just going to burn your money showing your ads to people who are most likely not going to convert.
