Here's how I would learn JavaScript if I was to start over again in 2022. Okay, so learning JavaScript is not easy, unlike your mom. So I actually have two options for how I would learn JavaScript depending on my starting point. If I didn't have any programming experience at all, then I would take the CS50 Intro to Computer Science course first. They cover the basic concepts of programming that I need, which is crucial, and they also touch on some web dev stuff in the latter portion of the course, which includes JavaScript. So it's actually a perfect starting point for my JavaScript journey. Now, if you already have some programming knowledge before and just wanted to pick up JavaScript like I did when I started, I recommend going through this JavaScript 30 tutorial by Wes Bos. It is awesome. You will have a chance to try to build stuff like a clock, custom video player, type-ahead search. It's really fun. And these array cardio videos is amazing. I still use the stuff I learned from them every single day. They are that useful. And looking at this list now, I actually want to test my skills and try to make some of these. So yeah, do I think this course will give you advanced JavaScript knowledge? Of course not. But you will be capable of making cool stuff on your own, and that's what's important.
