Listen baby, did you know that you can build a two-bedroom container home for less than $15,000 if you can find cheap land, honey? Here are the top 5 places to buy cheap land for your tiny home. Number one, Marion County and Odessa, Texas. The Marion County has small plots of land that you can mortgage for $250 a month for 30 months and the county is located two and a half hours away from Dallas. Look at this plot of land you can get for just 4K. Go on ahead and get yourself a black cowboy girl. Number two, Interlachen and Satsuma, Florida. Black population is 13% and 18% respectively. You can find land for less than 7K and both cities are located next to Jacksonville. Number three, North Carolina. Specifically Bolivia and Trinity. Both towns you can buy land for less than $6,000. You can even find land in Durham, North Carolina for 7K. Now finally we got Alabama. Escambia County, 17% black, where they got land parcels for 5K and it's Escambia. Located about an hour away from Mobile. And you can still find you a cowboy, but the question is does he want you baby? Oh my god. Now there were other counties that had cheaper land, but I wanted to find counties that had a population of black folks that was above .5%. Now keep in mind you can fit two to three container homes on .2 acres of land with 2,000 square feet between each home.
