Don't start dropshipping until you watch this video. A lot of beginners ask me one question: how do I advertise my store? But that being said, the main method that I've been using for the past two or three years has been TikTok ads. If you guys watch my most recent I tried dropshipping in five days video, I've slowly been scaling the store that I've launched for content purposes just to include in my free course. And so far we spent $5,300 on ads with $18,000 in revenue. Not too bad if you ask me. Profits around like 30% after cost of goods. But anyways, I'm going to hop on my computer here today and show you my exact setup for pretty much all of my beginner campaigns when I am launching a store. Keep in mind, I have like three to four main strategies that I use when I'm launching, but this is always the one that I fall back on because it's just so simple. First things first, you're going to want to click this pink little create button in the top left hand corner. Then from here you're going to select website conversions. You can call this campaign whatever you want. Make sure you turn off smart performance campaign and you could also call this campaign whatever you want. Usually I'll just name it something like first round testing. Then we're going to want to come here and turn on campaign budget optimization. You're going to set your budget to $50 a day and you're only going to let this budget run out for one single day. If you don't make a sale, you're going to cut it and move on to the next product that you'll be testing. From here you click continue. And first things first, what you're going to want to do is attach your pixel. Make sure that you also select your optimization event as complete payment because that is what we want to optimize for. We obviously want purchases out of this campaign. We don't want add to carts, we don't want visitors. We want actual purchases. Next up, you want to edit your placements, click select placement, turn off the TikTok include search results, turn off Pangle, turn off user comments and video download. For this specific test run, you want to keep automated creative optimization off. As for location, this is going to vary based on where you are in the world, but since I'm in the United States, I can target the United States and usually I'll also add Canada into this mix. Languages you want to select English. And for the most part, I never mess with these stats. Sometimes I'll target 18 plus, but for right now I'm actually noticing that 13 plus is working better for me personally. You don't want to mess with any of these things here. Scroll down and you're going to want to schedule your ads to go live the next day at 00, aka 12:00 a.m. And from here you'll just click next. Now what you're going to want to do is set up a custom identity if you don't already have a TikTok page. If you do, you can actually connect your TikTok page to this business account so you can run ads from the videos you've already posted on that original TikTok account. For the most part, lately I've just been running custom identities. It works basically the same. You're just not building up that extra asset that you can later sell down the line in the future. Anyways, from here you're going to want to upload your ad video. You just come here click upload, drag and drop your video, and then you just want to come up with your ad tag. What I've been noticing that's been working really, really well the past couple of months is you say, like swipe left in order now for $20 today only. Then from here where you see call to action, you're going to want to customize your call to action text. From dynamic, you're going to want to click edit, standard, and then just have your standard set to either shop now or order now. Then from here you'll just paste your URL, you'll click submit. And let's just pretend I published it. So what you're going to want to do from this screen is you're going to want to hover over your original ad group, click copy, and duplicate it four times. Then just go to the same setup, publish it, and then your ads are good to go. If you want to learn more, I do have a free course. You can DM me on Instagram for it and I'll send you the link. It's 100% free. I don't require a credit card, it's five hours long, so it is pretty in-depth. But anyways, follow for more dropshipping tips and tricks.
