Alright, I'm gonna show you how to make 10k/month with your social media marketing agency using GoHighLevel and FB Ads. We're gonna cover all four quadrants because I know you guys ask these questions all the time. Let's get started with getting leads because it's the most asked question. How do I get leads for my marketing agency? First thing you need to do is you need to pick a niche. This could be pressure washing, landscaping, window cleaning, home remodeling, med spas, dentists, chiropractors. Whichever one of those, next thing you wanna do is you wanna learn the language. Learn the exact language that they use inside of their business. For pressure washing, it could be sodium hypochlorite, it could be a pump sprayer, X-Jet, downstream injector. Learn what goes on in the business so you can better relate to these clients. Next thing you wanna do is start creating short form content, not long form content. Short form on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts because that's what's really performing today. If I show you over here the way we have it set up on this page, we've got 70k followers, we've got an appointment calendar page, and all we do is we create good content, funnel them to the appointment calendar, and on GoHighLevel we have our calendar set up with all the leads. Go ahead, call the leads, sell them on the services. That's how we get started on the first quadrant. Now, second thing you wanna focus on is onboarding. You wanna use GoHighLevel and you wanna get the system set up as soon as possible. The way we have our pipeline set up is we've got automations in each one of these stages. So for new client, after we take payment, we go ahead add them to this stage. They get an automatic text message that has the following info: company name for the website, the logo, Facebook information, city, state, daily ad budget, that sort of thing. It's completely automated so we don't have to go back and forth, do those long Zoom calls with clients that honestly waste too much time. As soon as you have the onboarding setup, next you wanna worry about the fulfillment. Now the way I have my fulfillment set up is through GoHighLevel. We create websites for our clients and we use this software, Leadsie, to get our clients Facebook assets. So this makes things super fast and we never have to do Zoom calls because all they need to do is go back to the automatic text message and on the onboarding they just have to watch the YouTube video, make sure their Facebook assets are set up, and then click the second link and we'll get access to their Facebook page. No back and forth, completely done in two clicks. Now, last thing you wanna do for fulfillment is hire a virtual assistant. Now I would only hire a virtual assistant once you're at 2k per month. Once you're at 2k per month, you can afford a 500 dollar a month budget for a virtual assistant, which will make things a lot easier for you. After that, the last thing you wanna worry about is customer success. I recommend having a weekly call with your customers so you can make sure they stay on for a lot longer. If you don't follow up with your clients, they will cancel on you. So set up a weekly call and you won't have any problems.
