When you make your first million, you're not going to be. Let me show you how to make that first mill. You're gonna go to Google Maps and look up businesses near you and find one that doesn't have a website. There's loads. Then we're gonna shoot that company a call and see if they want a free mock up website for their business. And obviously that company is gonna say yes, cause who wouldn't want to at least see a free website for their business. Then you're gonna download the software called HighLevel and you're gonna use one of their millions templates for that business. You then gonna slap their logo and brand on a website that's already in their niche. We found a plumbing company with no website, so obviously we're gonna use a plumbing template and send it over to them. It's only gonna take you minutes to add that logo, name and brand as well as a couple pictures onto that website template. You're gonna send it to them and they're gonna be blown away and they're instantly gonna respect you and trust you because you gave them all this value before even asking for a single dollar. And when they ask you how much, tell them 97 or 197 a month or whatever suits you. Then you're gonna go back to the website and actually spend a couple of hours on it to make it nice and specific to that business. But you only gonna spend time on it when they pay you. This is the most passive business model because once you've made the website, there's no more work for you to do ever. And they'll be paying you between 100 to 200 dollars a month for years, maybe even decades to come. You're a smart person, so do the math. If you have a hundred clients paying you 100, 200, 300 dollars a month, you're making a pretty good monthly income.
