I’ve raised $250M for my two start-ups and I’m going to share the one tool that I wish I would have known about beforehand that would have made it much faster and easier. If you’re an aspiring founder that’s looking to raise money, the tool that you will use every day - will be your pitch deck. You’ll obviously use it with investors, but you may not realize that you will also use it to sell partners, and prospective employees on your company. It will be your most important tool. The challenge is, if you haven’t made a pitch deck before, your first one will usually suck. But, there’s a way to solve this once and for all - a site named Pitch Deck Hunt (https://www.pitchdeckhunt.com/) has pitch decks for hundreds of world class start-ups -Dropbox, Coinbase, Shopify, AirBnB. There you can find presentations of other successful startups in your space when they were at the stage you’re at now and use them as frameworks for your presentation to make sure your pitch deck has all the correct elements to resonate with investors. This is by far and away the best resource to use when starting to build your presentation. They are also selling a template on the site, but you don’t have to buy that - we will be sharing a a free one, as well as how to structure your pitch deck, soon. This channel's mission is to build a community to help founders through journeys and challenges like this one. Comment and follow if you have questions about fundraising, your pitch deck, or any other question about becoming a founder. #pitchdeck #pitchdecktips #startuppitchdeck #founderadvice #startuptips #startuptiktok #fundraising #founder
