Let's talk about sales. Sales is the highest paid profession in the industry in the world. The thing is though, only the top 15% of salaried make up for the majority of that wealth. So it's like, why is this? Why are only the top salaried making all of the money that count for sales. I honestly think it's the fact that some people just aren't trained well, it also could be the fact that people underestimate how hard sales actually is. Like There's a reason we make so much money. And I'd say one of the 15%. My name is Shelly. I've been knocking door-to-door sales for the last four years and this last year I made between like 250 to 300 grand. It's funny because a lot of people just think sales is a breeze. They're like, "Oh, I can talk to people so I'll do it." And then they end up saying, "Oh, sales is the worst. It's such a scam." No, it's not a scam. It's just not all about looks and how you can talk to people. Sales is literally work ethic. Sales is a numbers game. It's the more amount of people you contact, the higher probability of a chance you'll close them. How good you are only comes into the fact of your closing ratio. How many of those opportunities that you close. So if you want the opportunity to close more people, you have to talk to more people. And this is what people don't understand is that sales is just very much work ethic. Oh my god.
