When you make your first million, you're not going to be driving a Ferrari. I had to make a million in the next 12 months, this is exactly how I do it. Go to Google Maps, search businesses near me and there's going to be a load of companies that don't have a website. Give those companies a call and tell them you're going to make them a completely free website mockup for their business. And obviously that company is going to agree because who wouldn't want to at least see a free website mockup for their business? Then you're going to download a software called Automate Agencies and you're going to use one of the thousands of website templates for that business. You then simply going to add their logo, name and brand onto a website template that's already in their niche and send over to them. It's only going to take you a couple minutes to add their logo, as well as a couple images onto that website template. You then going to send over to them and they're going to be blown away and they instantly can respect you and trust you because you given all this free value before even asking for any money. And when they ask you how much is to keep it, you'll tell them either 97, 197 or 297 per month or whatever you want. You then going to go back to the website and actually spend a bit of time on it to make it nice and specific to that company. But you're only going to spend time on it when you get paid. This is truly the most passive business model because once you've created the website there's literally no more work for you to do ever. And you're going to be collecting 100, 200, 300 dollars every single month for years to come. You're a smart person so do the math. If you have a hundred clients paying you 100, 200, 300 dollars a month, you're making a pretty good monthly income.
