Here's two reasons why you can't find a job now

Here's two reasons why you can't find a job now. The first reason is kind of obvious, but it is that the tech job market is just completely shit. And look, I'm not gonna spend too much time here because you already know the economy is bad. Companies fire employees when the economy is bad because they can't afford them, blah blah blah. However, the second reason and I think this one's more of a harder pill to swallow and it plays a bigger role in my opinion. And it is that there's more developers and the developers of today just suck. At a developer 15 years ago versus a developer today, they are a night and day. On the one hand, a past developer could do a lot more things more efficiently. They knew the core basis of programming. While today, I literally see this firsthand. There were developers, frameworkers on React, think that they're coding something beautiful, but it's just clunky code that a fifth grader could do. And I'm an employer myself and I think why would we ever need them? Thus leading to less developers being hired. Thus leading to less developers being hired. That's the topic of this video.
