What is your net worth? Well Dave I am 53 years old and I am 55 years old and I can't even believe I am saying this but I am worth about 22 million. Goodness gracious. Okay break that the big numbers down for me. The big numbers. At Dave, ninety, gosh, 98% probably is in real estate. I uh when 22 years old I started buying income producing real estate and I've stuck with it. I've uh I've learned it. I've learned everything about it and I love it. I'm passionate about it. Every chance I get I tell friends and family what I tried so so 20 20 million dollars for two million dollars for real estate. What's the other two million? Oh my personal house houses, which I guess is real estate, you know vehicles and you know that kind of stuff. So you have retirement accounts of any kind? Probably 100 grand. So it is truly a pure real estate portfolio. Wow it is. And what's your degree in Dave? To get out of high school an honest uh um being honest I graduated in the very bottom of my class. I do have a couple years in junior college. I studied mostly uh business classes. What was your GPA in high school? You know years ago. I have no idea but low. It was low. Yeah it was low. I'm saying. I'm guessing when I get to this debt question, you're gonna tell me you did borrow money to create that you're gonna say you borrowed money in real estate.
