let's go on a saturday night public transit adventure!

I'm lucky to live in such a well-connected transit area and this STILL took me over an hour!! we all need and DESERVE better public transit infrastructure 💋💅🏼🚎 I am taking public transportation from North Park to Coronado to meet my friend after work for wine. So let's go! I love the bus and I love influencing people in San Diego to take the bus because I know that's not San Diego transit. But you can make it work if you believe in yourself and have an hour. This took me about an hour and 10 minutes and it cost me $2.50. And I even got this bus to myself for a while, which was obviously luxurious. I love seeing the city via public transportation. I haven't had a car in San Diego for coming up on two years now and no regrets. I really do love taking the bus and the trolley to get around. I feel like I'm embedded in my community, not to be cheesy, but it is so fun to interact with people in this way. Going over the bridge was so beautiful. I wish it was a sunny day. I would love to take this trip again on a beautiful day with a blue sky, but you got to take what you can get. Here we are, made it to Coronado and I am getting off near the hotel del because my friend works at a hotel that is not the del, but is near. We were going to head to the Brigantine to get some oysters and a Caesar salad. Bye!
