So I'm going to teach y'all how to get that job during the interview on the spot. First things first, make sure that you print a resume the night before your interview. If it's required or not to bring a resume, bro, bring a resume, because if it's not required and you bring a resume, that just looks 10 times better because you're already giving your qualifications on the paper to them to read over during the interview and after the interview. That's key. I'm going to put it to you like this: collared button-down shirt, some slacks, and some sambas. There you go, that's the fit. I don't care if every single one of y'all got to wear that same fit, bro. I'm telling y'all, that's what's going to get them every single time. And I say sambas because you don't really got to go the whole church shoes look, like you really don't got to do all that. Just some sambas is cool, you know, they look pretty professional. It's what it is. Take notes on the questions that are being asked by the interviewer. If it's, oh, what's your experience, or how do you handle certain situations, start thinking about exactly what you're going to say and perfecting what you're going to say, bro. I'm telling you, do that, you will be ahead of the curve. 10 times out of 10, those same questions are going to be asked to you as well. So don't even overthink it. Be prepared for that one question, bro. That one ultimate question at every interview. Why do you want to work here? I'm telling you, let your answer be money, you are not getting the job. We should already know this by now. Your answer should be, you're seeking more opportunity, you want experience within the company, that you want to create a path for yourself that challenges you and allows you to acquire trades that become tangible assets for you in the future. And at the end of the interview, when they ask you, do you have any questions, make sure you don't say no, bro. Make sure you say this exact sentence. What qualities or behaviors define a great employee here? Honestly, answer this question. Here is your moment to start expressing your strengths and your values and who you are as a person. It doesn't have to be much, just say a little bit more connected to what they said, and bro, you got the job, bro. It's wraps.
