I just got out of a job interview and I'm about to wrap up some final questions you should be asking. One, kind of start out asking something kind of personal to the interviewer like how long have you been with the company and what's your favorite part about working here? And along with that, you might want to ask what are the typical work hours? Three, are there any skill gaps or challenges that the team is facing or searching for someone to fulfill? Four, if I wanted to pursue further education through certs or courses to make a bigger impact or contribution to the company, is that something that you all cover or reimburse? Five, if I were hired for this role, would you all initially have me working on ABC or XYZ to start out? BONUS: Are there any issues or concerns that may be causing you to hesitate with moving forward with me as a candidate that I can address? They love this question and always catches them by surprise.
