Medicaid Envy

My theory is that y'all are mad at people who use Medicaid. Medicaid, Medicare, Snap and all other sorts of benefits. You're just jealous. Because I think about it, if you're paying $500 a month for health insurance, you're paying I don't know, $500 a month as well for groceries. They resent somebody who's getting that stuff for free. Even if overall, that other person's life is generally harder because they're making less. And I think it's actually less sort of this welfare cliff that happens where like, you can get some of these welfare requirements up until you make a certain amount and then you just fall off, no benefits whatsoever. And so some people to qualify for help where some people are just left to suffer. Had like some form of basic benefits that all of us could offer. This resentment, this jealousy, it just wouldn't exist because you would be able to get the things too that you need. Not to mention that there's this like stigma around people who are taking benefits, the quote unquote, welfare clean myth, thing that doesn't exist. So it paints people who receive benefits as like lazy, undeserving. And then it pits some citizens against other citizens instead of everybody having empathy for others who are making less. Instead they're envious or they're mad. It's a way of making us regular people like in competition with each other, rather than helping each other up. Cause it's like, why are they getting free stuff when I have to work hard to pay? Do you agree?
