I started job hunting 3 months ago and now I'm a software engineer at Europe's largest media and entertainment company. This is how my job search process went. Out of those applications I got through 12 interview processes and got two offers. Out of the 12 I got through 7 rejected, 3 coding tests, 2 live coding tests. Number one you need to be so only apply to recent listings. Go to LinkedIn and search for the role you want. Then change the TPR to r3600. This will show posts in the last hour or, 43,200 to see the past 12 hours. Number two, make sure your CV. Put the job description in ChatGPT and ask it the keywords and add it somewhere relevant in your CV. And lastly, importantly, networking is the best. DM engineers before asking for referrals. Remember one year can change your life. So just don't give up.
