so Nvidia is opening their summer 26 software engineering internship applications on Tuesday. This is everything that you need to know to get your resume through the ATS. So you can pass a hiring manager review and get the internship. Now, the first piece to writing a good resume is getting past the ATS and that is the application tracking system. That means two things, stuffing the right keywords on your resume and then making sure that it's well formatted, so the ATS software is able to pass your resume. The second step after your resume passes the ATS screen is a human review. And something that you need to know is that most and high managers only spend on average about 7 seconds looking at your resume. This means that your resume doesn't need to cover every single thing that you've ever done, but just the most impactful things that make a resume reviewer go, wow, this person deserves to get interviewed for the role. Now, the next thing that you want to know and this is coming from Indiecreators themselves in an email to CMU students is to name your resume in the format first name, last name, resume.pdf. Now this is probably because your resume is just going to be passed around a bunch and you don't want them the loose track of who's resume that you're looking at.
