Hiring (kinda) and am convinced social is the place I'm going to meet the right person

I am looking for a designer and I'm convinced I can find this person on social, so let's talk more about the role. If we haven't met, my name is Sam and I am a company founder. What I'm looking for is a designer that I can develop a long-term relationship with. Someone who is preferably based out of New York because I'm based out of New York, and if not New York, then somewhere in the US, but a deep preference for New York because the businesses and brands kind of have a New York origin story and I'm obviously based here so it makes life a whole bunch easier. The other thing is that I'm looking for someone who has a deep passion for building consumer brands. They don't have to have been doing it for decades or anything like that, but someone who has a real passion for the consumer experience. You don't even need to have experience in a particular category because I think that great design actually translates across categories. So say you have a lot of experience building consumer beverage brands, I think that the everything that you've learned there could actually be really interesting when it's applied into laundry. So what I'm looking for is someone who's just really passionate about consumer. What this person is going to be helping me do is everything from like packaging, merch, uniforms, created campaigns when we get to them, hoarding, all this sort of stuff. It's not a full-time job, it could be in the future, but right now it's just someone that I want to work with on an ongoing basis. I really deeply believe in the necessity for like long-term creative relationships when it comes to brand building because I think this is a really important part in having consistency and building a brand story over time.
