So I posted a little empty apartment tour of the apartment that I just moved out of and there's so much interest on the unit that I was living in which I don't blame you guys it's a beautiful unit. I have nothing else to say. But I just have to be real with y'all that area. This apartment is below Wilshire and just slightly east of Vermont. But can't beat the price. So you typically want to be like above Wilshire and you want to be a little bit more west of Vermont. And there it's a little bit more well-kept. Like the streets are a little bit cleaner. But again, if you live in LA, you know that the streets here they need some work. And so living in this building, as much as I love the unit, I loved the building generally speaking. The area was definitely not my favorite. And in general, Koreatown to me at least is really chaotic. My rent was 4,100 but I was able to get two months free and then an extra parking spot was like $100 or so. And so it just depends on what time of year that you move in. The rates change of course. Like I don't hold me to this, but that's what I was paying. And so at the time of course, it was very worth it to have such a beautiful unit and like a beautiful city at that price. And so yeah, we're just onto a new chapter now.
