30 Airbnbs in 5 months!! I moved here with my husband and kids just 6 months ago with absolutely no guaranteed income - just a burning desire to take full advantage of my circumstances and grab Dubai with both hands 😂 I shared my journey online and investors believed in us - we knew we couldnt let them down and with that, the late nights and early mornings quickly became our norm. In October alone we launched 7 Airbnbs and it was tough but we recruited, delegated and built more systems. And now? We are on 30 with 5 more in the pipeline and a goal to hit 50 by the end of the year 🎉 When people ask me “Isn’t Airbnb saturated?” I just laugh because that is the exact mentality that will keep you stuck forever. I’m not like everyone else and that’s why I get over 85% occupancy on every single unit.
