How much does it cost to adopt a husky in 2025? This is Sora and I rescued her from a shelter and the adoption fee was $310. And then I had to pay for a microchip which was $119.95. Next I took her to a vet for a blood test which came to be $279. And then of course I took her to Petco to get all the things that she oh she heard Petco. Next is Petco which of course I had to take her for all of her bedding and her tools and her toys which came out to be $175.31. And then I ended up getting miscellaneous stuff from Amazon which came out to be $128.12. Lastly her food which is from the Farmer's Dog we are paying $49.79 for 14 days of food at a 50% off for their new clients. So the total cost for having a Husky in 2025 comes out to be $1062.17 and it's only been one week since I've adopted her.
