Netflix just posted something on their careers page that's gonna change how everyone thinks about non technical positions. And it's because of this one human skill that AI accidentally expensive thing in tech. And I know it's the most expensive thing because it's the same skill that I've been getting paid for since the day I left corporate. The past year AI flooded the internet with content. Everyone literally sounds if you've been they always sound like ChatGPT. So in a world where everything sounds so AI generated, the people who can actually sound human now, now stand out than ever and now get paid for it. And I recently left my Sony PM job to make content full time. But now my content business out earns the salary I had in tech. And here's what it took me a year to understand. I'm not getting paid because I'm a creator. I'm getting paid because I can translate. So if you got a humanities degree, a writing brain, background, tech is now about to start paying for it like a senior engineering.
